My life’s mission is to help people experience healing and live out their God-given purpose from a place of wholeness.
I believe deeply in the intersection of mental health and scripture — where faith meets emotional healing — and I’ve dedicated my ministry to guiding others through trauma toward transformation.
Having spent over a decade serving as the executive director of a nonprofit on Chicago’s South Side, I witnessed firsthand how gun violence and trauma devastate families and communities. My commitment to this work is also deeply personal — shaped by my own experience as a survivor of domestic violence and the pain of navigating a heart-wrenching divorce. I know what it means to fight for healing, and I’m passionate about equipping churches to become trauma-informed communities that recognize the signs of pain and respond with grace, truth, and compassion.
Through my ministry, Faith on the Journey, I travel the country leading retreats, preaching, and training clergy and lay leaders to create safe, healing spaces within the church. Beyond the pulpit, I wear a second hat — coaching women who are ready to build purpose-driven businesses that transform lives and honor their calling.
My own healing journey has taught me the importance of caring for every part of who we are — spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I’m a lifelong learner, passionate about personal growth, health and fitness, and finding joy in the simple things — whether it’s exploring a new country or having a deep conversation over coffee.
Whether you’re seeking healing or ready to step into your purpose, I’m here to walk the journey with you.
I can’t wait to meet you. Let’s connect soon.
